Two months later, my kids still talk about the experience and ask when we can do it again. Even my husband, who at first questioned the necessity of the tour, agrees! The amazing dolphins, the island, watching the Blue Angels practice, catching small sea creatures, and watching my three children's faces alight with joy the entire time was priceless.įorget crowded dolphin-watching tours on a big boat you want this personalized adventure! We were able to put our hands in the water and almost touch the dolphins who swam right up to the boat we were so close! Nothing like front-row seats to a huge pod with several babies playing in the water right in front of the boat.Ĭaptain Bruce is wonderfully personable, friendly, and compassionate, and he went out of his way to make sure we were safe and had a wonderful time. We were on a strict (low) budget the tour was our one splurge, and it was worth every penny, and more. Of everything we did on our vacation, everyone in my family agrees that our adventure tour with Captain Bruce was the best! If in the area again, we will certainly rent from Pensacola Pontoons and hopefully the weather will be great so we can enjoy a whole day. Their equipment was in excellent condition, like new, with all you need on board for comfort and safety. They were very professional, very fair pricing, knowledgeable and friendly. We chose to try this business because it is a family owned business, with great reviews. ![]() They could have easily held us to the full day rental since it wasn’t dangerous weather predicted. We were very thankful for them being so gracious to offer that. Although the conditions were not supposed to be bad, just would be a rainy day and not really enjoyable, without inquiring, they reached out to us offering to refund the difference of what we paid when we said yes to only doing a 1/2 day, in the afternoon. However, the weather was going to be rainy the 1st half of the day. We were on vacation from Illinois and rented a pontoon for the day after our wedding for my husband and myself to wind down, do some fishing and just enjoy the day on the water.
